Both Wellness Bar flavors contain a protein blend made up of whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate and milk protein isolate.

Due to the use of natural ingredients, the bars may become soft and some of the oil may separate when exposed to high temperatures. This is normal and does not affect the quality of the product. Simply allow the bars to return to room temperature before enjoying.

The 3 grams of sugar in the Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Wellness Bar comes from allulose, a naturally occurring sugar that is sweet, but minimally absorbed in the body. Allulose only contains approximately 0.4 calories per gram, compared with 4 calories per gram of table sugar, which means that the Wellness Bar still tastes sweet while minimizing the undesirable effects of traditional sugar.
