During online checkout on the payment page, you have the option to redeem all or a portion of your already-accrued LE Dollars towards all or part of your qualifying purchase costs. If you're ordering by phone, simply tell your customer service representative that you'd like to redeem LE Dollars for all or part of your purchase.

A) No. Because LE Dollars only accrue once your purchase has shipped, you can only use LE Dollars earned from your current order toward a future Life Extension purchase.

A) No, you do not earn LE Dollars on Premier enrollment fees or shipping costs.

A) We automatically keep track of your LE Dollars for you, whether you order online or over the phone. You will receive a monthly LE Dollar statement via email to update you on your progress. Please note that when you order online, you MUST log in at checkout to earn LE Dollars—customers who check out "as guest" will NOT accrue LE Dollars, even if they have an existing account with Life Extension.

A) LE Dollars earned for each transaction will be updated in your account once your order is shipped and the method of payment is charged. Accrued LE Dollars are available for you to view on the “My Account” page.

A) No. Once you've earned your LE Dollars, they never expire.

A) This option ensures you receive full access to Premier Rewards with no interruption in service. Additionally, by opting into Auto-Renew, upon your renewal date, you will receive $60 LE Dollars—a $10 LE Dollars "bonus" above the $50 you received when you first signed up.

A) You will be charged $49.95 for Auto-Renew on the day your Premier Rewards subscription is due to expire. You’ll be notified via email five days before your card is charged.

You can also see your renewal date on your “Account Options” and “My Life Extension” pages. Note that upon being charged for Auto-Renew, your $60 LE Dollars credit will be applied to your account instantly.

A) Make sure to select “Yes” for Auto-Renewal at checkout when Premier is in your cart.

A) $60 LE Dollars will be instantly applied to your account once you’ve completed your Premier Rewards with Auto-Renew purchase.

A) When logged into your account, go to “Account Options” and click on “Premier Rewards” to cancel your Auto-Renew enrollment.

A) No. You will still be enrolled in Premier Rewards until your subscription expires. However, to remain in Premier Rewards after your subscription expiration date, you will have to manually re-enroll after that term ends.
