We accept all major payment cards, including American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. You can also pay via PayPal online. If you are placing a mail-in order, you can pay by check or money order.

Does Life Extension accept international orders?
Yes. Each country has its own guidelines for purchasing and shipping and there may be restrictions on certain products. For more country-specific purchasing details, please refer to our Shipping Information page.
What are my options for shipping?
All orders in the U.S. over $50 ship free using standard UPS Ground shipping, which may take up to five business days. If your order is below that threshold, standard shipping is $5.50.
If you need it sooner, we offer two expedited options:
- UPS Second Day Air: Guaranteed delivery in two business days. Costs $12.50.
- UPS Overnight: Guaranteed delivery in one business day. Costs $21.50.
Orders to P.O. boxes must use USPS shipping at a rate of $5.50.

How do I search for products?
Using our search bar at the top of the webpage, you can search for products by keywords or item number. You can also find products by category and alphabetically.
Can I purchase products over the phone?

What is your return policy?
You may return your purchase to us within 12 months of the purchase date. Depending on your preference, we will either replace the product or credit your account.
